About Letting go and Moving on

There are things that we don't want to happen but have to accept, things we don't want to know but have to learn, and people we can't live without but have to let go.

At various points in our lives, or on a quest, for reasons that often remain obscure, we are driven to make decisions.

I learned that things change, people change, that doesn't mean you need to forget the past or try to cover it up.
It simply means that you need to move on and just treasure the memories…

It’s really hard when you know that you need to let go, but you can't, because you’re still waiting for the impossible to happen.

As Marilyn Monroe said:
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so you can appreciate them when they're right. You believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself. And sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”

Let go of the things that can no longer be fixed. If you try to put them back by force, things will only get worse. For example, a puzzle piece can never fit at the wrong place no matter how much you force it in there. If you tear it apart or cut it up to take the shape that you want,
The puzzle will never be complete...

Holding on is being brave, but sometimes moving on makes you even tougher. With every painful experience we have in life we have a choice to wallow in the sorrow or move on to experience happiness again.

I'm moving on...
How about you?
